  • All wax melts, incense, and craft kits are handmade by the Lantern Keeper, while some carefully selected items are curated because they fit the spirit of The Mossy Lantern.

  • Everything is packed with care from the Lantern Keeper's home studio in Kentucky, USA.

  • Because most things are handmade, restocks happen in small batches.

  • Processing:

    Each item is made in small batches with care. Please allow up to 7 days for processing to ensure proper drying and curing before shipment. If stock is low or an item is made to order, processing times may be slightly longer. I will always do my best to keep you updated on any delays and ship as quickly as I can. I appreciate your patience while each order is prepared with care and intention.

    Shipping:

    I currently ship within the United States and Canada. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped. Once a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

  • Currently we ship internationally only to Canada. This might change in the future.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once they arrive in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, The Mossy Lantern has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

  • We offer free shipping on US orders over $55.

  • If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, I recommend first checking around your property, with household members, neighbors, or your local post office, as carriers occasionally leave packages in unexpected locations.

    Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Mossy Lantern is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen or delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.

    Of course, if you have questions or need help locating tracking information, feel free to reach out and I'll do my best to help.

  • Because many of my products are handmade in small batches and each order is carefully prepared by hand, I begin processing orders as soon as possible.

    If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order, and I will do my best to help. After this time, I may have already begun preparing your order, and I may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

  • Our wax melts are made from the highest quality Soy Wax, Coconut Wax, Beeswax, Essential Oils, and Fragrance Oils.

  • Approximate Burn Time: 48–55 hours per cube. Each cube might last longer, but the scent will start to fade after that.

  • Remove wax melt from packaging and place one piece in an approved wax warmer. Do not add water. Never leave a warmer unattended while in use. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Do not consume. Allow wax and warmer to cool completely before handling.

  • Aromatic herbs and flowers, tree resins, wood, makko, and water. Crafted with vegan, plant-based, all natural, non-toxic, biodegradable ingredients. Free of synthetics, fragrance oil, charcoal, saltpeter, and toxins.

  • Approximate Burn Time: 20–30 minutes per cone.

  • Always burn incense in a heat-resistant holder. Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Use in a well-ventilated space. Extinguish in sand or ash.
