Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your order, and I understand that sometimes things don't go as expected.

Due to the handmade and personal nature of fragrance products, used or opened wax melts and incense cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive an item that arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue. I will be happy to work with you to find a solution.

Because many items are handmade or prepared specifically for your order, returns and exchanges are limited. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the discretion of The Mossy Lantern.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many products are handmade and orders are prepared as quickly as possible, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change or request a cancellation.

After this time, your order may already be in the preparation process and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.

 

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
